Physical opposites.

It's hard to imagine that people judge your personality and character based on your appearance.

I was reading an article this week about an over-weight woman in the U.S, who made a photo diary of how people looked and stared at her in everyday situations.

It's amazing how people look at you when you don't even realise. They could be looking at how you walk, what you're wearing, how ridiculously high your heels are when you're just shopping for food in Tesco's, the reasons are endless....

People who judge others on their appearance when not knowing them personally or the reasons as to why they have ended up in that place shouldn't be pre-judgemental.

Whilst many may suffer from a disability and find it hard to exercise, others could be suffering from psychological problems such as stress, anxiety or depression, you just don't know.

I have been brought up by my parents to not stare and gawp at people who differ from me, and I still believe that today, I would hate for people to do it to me.

If people are happy in their own bodies and live life to the full then why should we be judging them?

Personally, I think the Haley-Morris Cafiero (the lady in the article) had some real balls to do what she did, especially when taking the photo's herself on a tri-pod.

OK, so we see models plastered all over adverts on the high-street these days and everybody would LOVE to be one of them, but in reality it will never happen. It's down to genetics and your lifestyle, you can't have something that isn't there.

People need to see the other side of reality and realise it's just as acceptable to look the opposite. At the end of the day, if they know that they may die from a heart attack later on in life then that's there decision if they don't want to change their habbits.

Society needs to open its eyes to reality.
