Failing on the blog


Good morning all!

Firstly, I'm so very sorry for not updating my food and exercise diary for the past week and a half, I just haven't had the time to write it up. 

But, I am pleased to let you know that I have lost weight and made progress with my weight loss! Starting Insanity and healthy eating I was 11st 3lbs and yesterday I weighed myself and after around 3 weeks of hardcore training and eating well I am now 10st 11lbs! A loss of 6lbs which is great as that means I've lost that weight healthily, not skipping meals or starving myself everyday. 

80% diet: 20% exercise.

The I Love Tour diet is working well and I would like to say to anybody thinking of losing weight, enjoy it! Don't starve yourself of the things you love, eat them in moderation. It's 3,500 calories in a pound (lb) so if you give yourself a 500 calorie deficit a day you will be sure to lose weight healthily and safely.

I will keep you guys posted on my weight loss but will be posting more uni work and blogs on my opinions on the news.
