It's me again!
As promised, today's diet and exercise post...
Food:
- Breakfast: Avocado and Ryvita
- Lunch: Apple, Kiwi and Muller light yogurt
- Dinner: Wholewheat pasta, turkey breast, half an onion fried and 50g of garden peas.
Exercise:
- Insanity Day 3: Cardio and resistance
- Netball match 60 minutes.
I'm off to play some netball in the freezing cold now, wish me luck! See you tomorrow guys :D
