Diary: Day 9



It's me again!

As promised, today's diet and exercise post...

Food:

  • Breakfast: Avocado and Ryvita
  • Lunch: Apple, Kiwi and Muller light yogurt
  • Dinner: Wholewheat pasta, turkey breast, half an onion fried and 50g of garden peas.

Exercise:

  • Insanity Day 3: Cardio and resistance
  • Netball match 60 minutes.

I'm off to play some netball in the freezing cold now, wish me luck! See you tomorrow guys :D
