Diary: Day 11 & 12

Hey guys!

Hope you're all well and looking forward to the weekend, almost there!

Yesterday was another busy one, lectures  from 9am till 1pm and then a netball match in the afternoon (I still managed to squeeze in Insanity as well!)

We won our netball match 38-31 against Bristol UWE and we had a great night last night celebrating.
 
Let your hair down.

I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to weighing myself, especially when the scales seem to have a mind of their own and the numbers fluctuate dramatically every week. I'm like a headless chicken running around trying to find an even bit of ground where they will read my weight accurately without me having a breakdown before my working day!

Weigh in tomorrow, oh hell!



Here's my diary for the past 2 days...

Day 11
Food:
  • Breakfast: Conference pear, kiwi, Muller light yogurt.
  • Lunch: 2 x Ryvita and boiled egg
  • Dinner: Half a tin of tuna, chopped tomatoes, onion, mushrooms (fish ratatouille kind of thing)
Exercise:
  • Insanity: Cardio workout
  • Netball match -60 minutes

Day 12
 
Food:
  • Breakfast: Conference pear, kiwi, Muller light yogurt
  • Lunch: 4x ryvita with low fat cottage cheese with pineapple (only on to of the crispbreads)
  • Dinner: Chicken breast, brocolli, peas, tinned tomatoes and mushrooms.
  • Snacks: Avocado

 Exercise:
  • Insanity: Plyometric circuits

    I have a rest day tomorrow from my Insanity workout, but will most probably go to the gym and do some moderate cardio for half an hour/fourty minutes so that I don't feel too guilty. My friend has made me some cake which I have saved for 'fat friday' so I will be running that off at the gym!
