Diary: Day 10



Evening all!

Through the wonders of technology and the amazingness of an iPhone, I am writing my blog whilst standing in my corridor talking to flat mates- I'm not that unsociable, really!

So two workouts today, gym and insanity (even though it was a recovery workout) but squats and lunges do make you sweat and ache the next day! I only spent around 40 minutes in the gym during my two hour break at Uni, but did work hard so I didn't feel guilty!

Food:


  • Breakfast: conference pear with mullet light yogurt
  • Lunch: 2 x ryvita and 2 x hard boiled egg.
  • Dinner: 1 cup of pasta with garden peas and half a can of tuna. 
  • Pudding: kiwi and pouring yogurt

Exercise:


  • 10 minutes cross trainer
  • 10 minutes cycling
  • Leg abductor 3x25 using 25kg weights
  • Leg adductor 4x25 using 32kg weights
  • Insanity workout- cardio recovery
