Diary: Day 6.


Morning all!
 
 
I Hope everyone is well and enjoying the start of their weekend!

Yesterday I must admit was a rather lazy one. I didn't wake up untill 11am (rather surprising seeing as I tend to wake up at 8 every day) I went to see some friends and did have a few naughty things to eat, but I would rather have a bit of what I fancy rather than zipping up my mouth and trying to restrain myself.

Food:

  • Breakfast: apple, kiwi, Muller light yogurt
  • Lunch: Tin of chicken soup with 2 Ryvita.
  • Dinner: Wholemeal pasta with baked beans. 4 pieces of Galaxy chocolate.
Exercise:

After my workout on Thursday, my body ached A LOT! I decided to give my body a rest day and for the muscles to heal themselves. I went walking around town to do some shopping with friends as walking does help to losen the muscles.
