Diary: Day 7 & 8

Afternoon everyone!

I've been meaning to write up my blogs every day but this is virtually impossible with the amount of time I'm spending at Uni doing my work, so please bare with me with the posts, I am trying to keep on top of them.

If you've ever heard or even taken part in the ever-growing Insanity workout, you'll know it's not for the faint-hearted. My flat mate Chico has been doing it for the past 5-6 months and he is looking really good! So I have taken up this workout to see the results for myself.

All the daily workouts focus on cardio, using your body as a resistance, no weight, no gym balls, no nothing!

Even though Chico has the whole DVD set, calendar and meal plans, I'm sticking to good old YouTube to watch the videos!

Get your sweat on!

When I say it's not for the faint-hearted, it really isn't! The workout pushes you so hard, by the end of the 30 minutes my legs were shaking, I had to sit down. I have never produced so much sweat in that amount of time and that certainly proves something, let alone the amount of pain I have been going through everytime I put one leg infront of the other walking.

Your muscles WILL ache.

Here's my food exercise diary for you to browse over :)...
