Whenever I have a day off from dieting and working out, I always say to myself 'I'm only going to have one meal, that will be my treat', but guess what, that never happens.
Sugar is deadly, a legal drug.
Eating sugary food such as chocolate, cake and other processed food is not good because once I take a bite it's like a frenzy that I can't seem to control.

I've got to learn from my mistakes because at the end of the day all of the hard work that I have been putting in the week previous would have gone to waste.
Discipline yourself and take control.
It's hard to say no but when you're sticking to something that you want to achieve and see the results at the end of it you've got to stick to what is right. So next week when I have my rest day I'm going to keep myself busy and steer away from what I know is wrong. As I have said before, it's always good to have a little of what you fancy now and again, but don't be stupid like I was today and binge on carbs that are unneccesary, unhealthy and really not worth it.

Enough of my ranting and self-pitty, tomorrow is another day and I will just have to work harder to get back to where I was.
